Is the vest washable?

The airbag modules are not washable, but the cover is easily removable and washable.
Wash cold and let air dry.

 

When do I change the refill cartridges?

The refill cartridges have to be replaced after each deployment.

 

How many cartridges is in a vest?

There are two(2) cartridges needed per each vest. After each deployment you will need to change two cartridges.

 

How many times can I use the vest?

The vest is eligible for around 9 uses. After that we recommend that you change the airbags. 

 

 

Shipping 

Do you offer free shipping?:

  • Yes! We offer free shipping on all of our products.


How do I cancel my order?:

  • The easiest and fastest way is to contact us through e-mail. We usually get back to you within 24 hours.


Can I track my order?:
  • Yes. All of our orders include a tracking number so you can easily access information about your package.


How long does it take until i recieve my product?:

  • Since we have warehouses worldwide, it all depends on where you live and what warehouse that have your product. Our usual shipping times are 4-14 workdays.
    DUE TO COVID-19 THE SHIPPING TIMES MAY BE LONGER THAN USUAL.
    OUR CURRENT SHIPPING TIMES ARE 7-14 DAYS.(updated 2022/07/13)

 

Why haven't i recieved my order yet?:

  • COVID-19 has affected our shipment times and are currently a little longer then usual. We thank you for your extra patience!

  • The ongoing war between Ukraine and Russia may affect shipping and handling times.

We currently accept the following payment methods:

Wrong product/ Defect product

What do I do if I recieve the wrong color / product?:

  • If this has happened to you, we are really sorry for the inconvenience. Just send us an email and we will help you with any problem that you have. 
  • However, if the product is damaged through shipping, please contact the shipping company.
